What types of junk do you remove?
We remove almost anything, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, and general household clutter. If you’re unsure about an item, just ask!
How do I schedule a pickup?
You can schedule online, call us, or send us a message. We’ll confirm your appointment and provide a free estimate.
How will I know that you are coming?
Junk Joyriders values your time. Our team will call or text about 30 minutes before your appointment to let you know they’re on the way, and they’ll arrive promptly, ready to work. For appointments booked in advance, we’ll reach out the day before to confirm details and answer any questions. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll notify you right away and provide an updated arrival time.
How quickly can you come?
Yes! We do our best to recycle and donate usable items whenever possible to reduce waste and help the community.
Do I need to be present during pickup?
Not always! As long as we have access to the items and clear instructions, you don’t need to be home.
Do you take household hazardous waste?
We don’t handle hazardous materials for safety reasons such as chemicals, paint, asbestos, propane tanks, or medical waste. For proper disposal, please contact your local waste management authority.
